Return Policy

Not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it. We do our best to process your return request smoothly and quickly.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the return form in full and include it along with the invoice in your return shipment. Unfortunately, return requests without a fully completed return form cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item must:

- Be in its original condition.
- Have all labels and tags attached.
- Be free of any signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility. You can request the return form via our customer service.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the item will be exchanged as soon as possible, or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check the following steps:

1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
3. Contact your bank. There may be a processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.

Conditions

The following conditions apply when returning items:

- Shipping costs: The cost of returning items is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
- Exceptions: Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Shipping confirmation: Provide the return shipment with a track & trace code (at your own expense) and send a photo of this code via email to our customer service on the day of shipment.
- Return form: The return form must be printed and included in the package.
- Condition of the product: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Damage caused by personal actions will not be accepted.
